Dårlig nytt til de som henter banjomusikken sin fra Groove. Groove Music skriver i en pressemelding at Spotify tar over for dem.
De skriver:
Groove Music has partnered with Spotify to bring you the world?s largest music streaming service. Spotify is the world?s leading free and premium music streaming service, with millions of songs, expertly curated playlists, podcasts, and more.
As part of the partnership, the Groove Music Pass service and Store music purchase service will be discontinued on December 31. This means we will no longer track or commission on any new subscriptions or paid music downloads after October 15th, 2017
After December 31st, 2017 Groove Music Pass content will not stream or play and our API features will not be accessible. Beginning mid-October, Groove Music customers can keep their music experience intact by transferring their personal playlists and tracks to Spotify.* We?ll continue to invest in and update the Groove Music app on all Windows devices to support playback and management of music purchased or uploaded to a PC or OneDrive, but the app will no longer stream Groove Music Pass content.
